If the Goods should for any reason prove to be defective, the Buyer assumes all costs for servicing and repair of such defect(s).
The Buyer assumes all risks as to the quality and performance of the Goods. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description of the face hereof.
The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller expressly disclaims any responsibility for special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the material(s) and related equipment after the date of shipment to the Buyer.
If Goods is (are) to be exported (out of the U.S.), it is the Buyer’s responsibility to follow proper export procedures.

INSPECTION OF GOODS
